A passport is a document issued by a government to identify the bearer as a citizen of the issuing country. The right to protection does not arise from the passport, nor does the right to enter. Each right arises from citizenship. A passport proves the citizenship of the bearer, and, consequently, his right to protection and his right to enter.

We are citizens of another kingdom, sojourners with a destination and purpose. Our pilgrimage is a rugged adventure through unfamiliar and hostile territory filled with difficulty, risk, joy, pain, growth, and suffering. Along the way, God reveals His character to show us our need. In this process called discipleship, we are formed, conformed and transformed into His Son's image.

The Bible teaches that the church is the body of Christ and every member has a valuable part to play. Here we are leaving behind the priesthood within the priesthood and rediscovering the meaning of the priesthood of all believers. A place where there is no class system, no distinction nor separation between clergy and laity. No buildings. No paid staff. No veil. A new vintage church where every believer is considered co-equal, interdependent of each other and dependent only upon God. A place where believers are equipped, prepared, growing up in Christ Jesus, and released to do the work of ministry they were called by God to fulfill. It is organic and simple and needed. It is old and it is new. It is Christianity re-discovered. Something new in that it is not something added on to Judaism. Something richer and more marvelous apart from added man-made traditions practiced for centuries without Biblical precedence. It is the New Covenant of God's grace through our Lord Jesus Christ lived practically, simply, organically.

Down the trail there are wonderful and fascinating adventures to embrace. Do so with zeal and with the heart of a warrior. Nothing less will do. Most importantly, enjoy the trip as you go. Every turn in the road. Each new experience. As you go, you can share your thoughts on our blog Journal so that others may benefit.
