SUBMISSION & HANDLING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Users requesting free books will be added to our database and will receive e-newsletters, special event alerts and/or special notices and have the option of unsubscribing from these free e-mail services at any time. CDM generally requires Users to provide any or all of the following where applicable: first and last name, mailing address, shipping address, phone number, and/or e-mail address. If Users do not complete the request or submission process, materials will not be forwarded.
WEB SITE HYPERLINKS
User agrees to hold CDM harmless for any hyperlinks from its Site to outside websites. CDM commits to periodically review outside websites its Site and Affiliated Sites link to but cannot guarantee that outside websites will comply with biblical ethics or conform to biblical Christianity. The appearance of a hyperlink to an outside website shall not constitute endorsement of such website by CDM, and CDM or its subsidiaries or affiliates do not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the accuracy, currency, or completeness of the content contained on these sites. CDM will under no circumstances be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or special loss or other damage, whether arising from negligence, breach of contract, defamation, infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights, caused by the exhibition, distribution or exploitation of any information or content contained within these third-party hyperlinked sites.
PRODUCT AND SERVICE SALES (OTHER SITES)
CDM or its subsidiaries or affiliates are not responsible for the quality or delivery of the products or services offered, accessed, obtained by or advertised at third-party websites. Any such complaint or legal action would have to be made against the third-party website or organization from which the product was purchased.
TESTIMONIALS
The response section of the Site is for the purpose of sharing positive experiences and/or testimonials. The testimonials are moderated to ensure positive testimonials. Published testimonials are genuine and are not edited or altered by CDM unless it is to bring clarity to what is presented. CDM reserves the right to post or remove any testimonial at its discretion. All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, comments, or other information that you send to CORE Discipleship Ministry through our site (other than information we promise to protect under our Privacy Policy), becomes and remains our property, even if this agreement is later terminated.
That means that we don't have to treat any such submission as confidential. You can't sue us for using ideas you submit. If we use them, or anything like them, we don't have to pay you or anyone else for them. We will have the exclusive ownership of all present and future rights to submissions of any kind. We can use them for any purpose we deem appropriate to our CORE Discipleship Ministry mission, without compensating you or anyone else for them.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for any submission you make. This means that you (and not we) have full responsibility for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright.
By submitting and/or posting your comment(s) or testimonial(s) ("Testimonial") on our Site, you give us permission to reprint or use the Testimonial in connection with our ministry. You also are agreeing to the following: (1) The reprint or use of the Testimonial will be at our discretion and without compensation; (2) We may use the Testimonial with or without any pseudo (pen) name, real name and/or ministry/church name; (3) Our right to use the Testimonial is perpetual; (4) We may use the Testimonial locally, nationally or globally and such use may be made in any media, information or communication platform (including Internet advertising) currently in use or later developed; and (5) You and not someone else composed and posted the Testimonial.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall CDM’s liability to you for any and all claims, damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing this Site.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify CDM and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, successors, assigns, and third-party providers to the Site and shall hold them harmless from and against any claims regarding the use of this website by you, and violation of any part of this Agreement by you, including, but not limited to, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, assessed against or incurred by CDM. User will promptly assume the defense of any claim or litigation to which its warranty and indemnity hereunder applies. User shall promptly give CDM notice of all claims relating to alleged violations of copyright, trademark, right of privacy, right of publicity, literary, dramatic or music rights that are brought or asserted against User by any third party; and User shall not enter into any settlement of such claim without first obtaining the written consent of CDM, which consent shall not be unreasonably delayed or denied. CDM reserves the right to assume, at its sole discretion and expense, the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which you will fully cooperate with CDM in asserting any available defenses.
MISCELLANEOUS
CDM operates and controls this Site from its offices at 2190 N Woodland St. Stephenville, TX 76401, United States of America. No software from this Site may be downloaded, exported or re-exported in violation of any law, including, without limitation, to countries that are subject to U.S. export restrictions.
This Agreement contains the entire understanding and supersedes all prior understanding of the parties hereto relating to the subject matter hereof, and cannot be changed or terminated orally. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the Agreement will be deemed curtailed to the extent necessary to make it legal and enforceable and will remain, as modified, in full force and effect. This Agreement and all matters or issues collateral thereto will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the State of Texas.
